That would be me! I haven’t really gotten the site all figured out yet. I’ve chosen a theme. I usually design my own, but I thought I’d try this.

Anyway, the purpose of this blog is to talk about some of my favorite subjects: herbalism, veganism, women’s health issues. But from a personal perspective. Not the same repeated mumbo jumbo all over the web. “Experts say this…” “Experts theorize that…” blah. No. I like to talk about my own experiences with things. Herbs, vegan recipes that are actually easy. Not just called “easy”. I’m a lazy cook. I’m single, I don’t have kids. I don’t have to cook. I’m pretty much an “open a can and heat it up” kind of cook. Okay, so there won’t be many recipes in here.

Mostly I created this place because whenever I want to try a new herb, I search online for experiences by people who’ve actually used the herbs. It’s hard to find that information. There will not be many huge scientific studies of herbs done. No money in it for the pharmaceutical companies. All I have to go on are people’s anecdotes. And there aren’t enough of them. I figured if everyone who used herbs a lot had a blog about their experiences, there would be a lot of great info out there. So, here is my contribution to that.

I’m not a doctor or a nurse or an herbalist or anything. Take what I say with a grain of salt. I’m just experimenting on myself and telling you what happens. Okey doke? I don’t know anyone else in real life who uses herbs, so hopefully someone out there will find this useful. Maybe someday I will make the blog fancier looking, add some color, etc., etc., but this will do for now.

Okay, I’d better sign off, this is getting long. ‘Til next time. ~Me.
